This is a recipe I found on Epicurious but I changed it with low calorie mayo. This is a recipe I found on Epicurious but I changed it with low calorie mayo.
Number of Servings: 6



    6 oz yogurt, plain, fat free

    1/4 tsp cider vinegar

    1/8 tsp yellow mustard (for flavour and colour)

    1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce (for flavour and colour)

    1 dash white pepper

    1 dash paprika

    1 dash salt


    1 cup Low Calorie Mayonnaise

    2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tsp lime juice, fresh

    Salt and Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Adjust to suit taste.

Whisk mayonnaise with chives, garlic, lime juice and chipotle chili powder or chipotle hot sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings.
