Ingredients

1 package reduced fat crescent rolls
6 cups thinly sliced zucchini
3 cups chopped ham, regular
2 T. dehydrated onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
8 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large fry pan with nonstick spray and saute zucchini, onion, and garlic. Add ham and seasonings toward the end and salt and pepper to taste. Let cool while you cover the bottom only of a 9 X 13 baking dish with crescent rolls (pinching seams). Set aside. Add eggs and cheese and thoroughly combine with zucchini and ham mixture. Pour over crescent roll crust and bake for 35-45 minutes until center is set and lightly browned. Makes 12 servings (3 inches square).
