Ingredients

    0.50 fl oz Lime Juice
    3 tsp Ginger Root
    1.50 lb Flank Steak
    3 tbsp China Lilly Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil Blended with Soybean Oil
    1 serving Sauce - Ground Fresh Chili Paste - Sambal Oelek Brand
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    3 clove Garlic

Directions

Score meat, set aside
Combine remainder of ingregients in a large zip loc bag and stir
Place flank steak in bag and marinade 6 hrs or overnight
Grill for 5 min per side on medium
Discard remaining marinade (If you want to pour some over cooked, sliced steak make a new batch of marinade)
