Ingredients

    Green Giant Broccoli & Carrots with Garlic & Herbs (frozen) 1/2 cup, 6 serving
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2.5 cup
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.5 block
    Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Wessen Vegetable Oil, 1 serving
    Skim Milk, .5 cup

Directions

Mix chopped Potato, Tofu, Soup, Veggies when cooked.
Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over mixture
