This high protein meal makes a great breakfast or snack. You can change the light yoghurt to vary the snack/breakfast. Only use the Agave syrop if your yoghurt isn't sweet enough. Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup light yoghurt (strawberry, vanilla, etc.)
    1/2 cup Kashi GoLean Cereal
    1 tsp Agave Syrop

Directions

Makes one serving. Mix cottage cheese, yoghurt and agave. Top with cereal when you are ready to eat it (otherwise it will get soggy).
