Ingredients

    Venison, ground, 1 lb.
    Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cup
    Bacon Bits, 1/4 C
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tsp
    worstershire sauce, 1 tbsp
    Ketchup, 1/4 C (plus some to squirt on top of meatloaf)
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, .5 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except mozzarella) by hand. Shape into two large meatballs, and then form into a meatloaf shape. place a layer (1/4 C) of mozzarella (or muenster) between the two layers of meat. Then use the remaining 1/4 C of mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Cover the mozzarella on top with a layer of ketchup.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
