Ingredients

6 oz of dry whole wheat spaghetti, or 3 cups cooked
0.5 cup of sliced onion and celery each
0.25 to 0.5 cup of frozen peas, thawed
0.25 cup of carrot strips
Shrimp, peeled, ~ 10 pieces (or more if preferred)
canola oil
garlic and ginger, minced/grated if wanted
4 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of water
Bean sprouts (optional)
Directions
Boil water, add some salt and cook pasta.
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, set aside.
Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and water together. Set aside.
Heat large non-stick pan to med heat.
Add one Tbsp of oil, cook garlic & ginger (if wanted) about 1 min then add shrimp, cook for a couple minutes stirring. Add rest of vegetables and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add pasta, add 1 Tbsp of oil, and mixed sauce, cooke for 1-2 more min.
Remove from heat, toss with bean sprouts.
