    * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 cup (remove)
    * Pink Grapefruit Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    * Catsup, .5 cup (remove)
    * Mitsukan Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    * Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 2 pepper (remove)
    * Chicken Wing, 3.25 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    * *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cilantro, Chopped


Dice peppers, smash ginger and garlic. Combine all ingredients but wings, sesame seeds and cilantro in pot. Bring to boil, simmer 20 min. Set aside.

Season wings with salt and pepper, Bake in single layer in 400 oven until crisp, about 20 min, turning once. Dip wings in sauce and return to oven for 10 min. repeat if desired for thicker glaze. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro and remaining sauce. Serves 6 (about 4 full wings). Nutrition analysis includes all of the sauce.
