Ingredients

    1 lb pork sausage
    18 large eggs, scrambled
    6 oz hash browns
    2 cups schwan's roast potatoes, broccoli, & carrots with cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage in skillet, drain, Brown hash brown to desired consistancy, heat schwan's mixtures as directed. Scramble eggs. Spray 9 x 13 cake pan with nonstick spray. Stir together all ingredients in large bowl and pour in cake pan. Bake for approxiamatley 40 or until eggs are done.
Makes approximately 8 servings.

    I have made this but instead of using corn I have used diced tomatoes. Love it - 9/30/07
