I love the taste of Tiki Masala, but not the calories. so, I make this soup and it has all the flavor, but I save on calories and get fiber and protein. Ingredients

    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Curry powder, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

I just throw it all in a pot and simmer until cooked. It's spicy, so cut back on the cayenne if you can't handle it.
