Ingredients

    6 Cups - Water
    1 lb - Ham Hock w/meat
    6 Cans - Great Northern Beans - Bushes 15.8 oz Can
    2 - Bouillon cubes (Sodium Free)
    1 Cup - Onion Chopped
    1 Cup - Carrots Chopped
    1 Cup - Celery Chopped
    1 Clove - Garlic (oppitional)
    2 - Bay Leaves
    1 tsp - Dry Mustard
    1/2 tsp - White Pepper

Directions

Boil Water, Beans, Ham Hock, Bouillon, Onion, Carrots, Celery in large pot for 1 hr.

Take meat off ham bone.

Put all ingredients in crock pot...cook at least 1 hr...Enjoy!
