Tilapia filets- 4 oz. each
Shredded Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup per serving
Panko Bread crumbs- 1/4 cup per serving
1 egg
some flour
Directions
Thaw filets. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Break egg into one bowl, and pour some flour in another. Dip filets into flour, then egg, then bread crumbs mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 min at 375 degress.
