We absolutely loved these fillets, even the grandkids. I made them gluten free. Next day I made fish sandwich with leftover piece, used thin 100 calorie bun and 1 oz. Asiago cheese. Tasted as though it came from pricey upscale restaurant. Thanks for sharing,
