Ingredients

1 Whole Chicken Breast (no skin, no bone)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups Steamed Broccoli
3 cups Steamed Sugar Snap Peas
3 cups sliced carrots
1 - 8oz can La Choy sliced Water Chestnuts
1 - 15oz can No-Sugar-Added Mandarin Oranges
4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
4 servings Minute Rice-Brown Rice
Directions
Cut up chicken breasts into bite size cubes, and cook in olive oil until no longer pink. Add carrots and cook until al dente. Steam broccoli and sugar snap peas in microwave (or on stove top), and add to cooked chicken. Add water chestnuts and mandarin oranges, and cook until heated through. Top with soy sauce and serve over cooked brown rice.
