Ingredients

    1 lb frozen chicken breasts
    1 can 99% FF Chicken Broth
    5 Celery Stalks
    2 cups chopped carrots
    1 16 oz can Organic Diced tomatoes drained
    1 cup dry kidney beans rinsed
    1/2 yellow onion
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilatro
    1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Directions

Mix all ingredient into crock pot. Cook on low for 4+ hours. Take chicken out, shred, and put back in crock pot. Cook for another hour or so.

1 serving= 1.5 cups
