Introduction

Salmon Patties Salmon Patties
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 medium sized Raw Potatoes (peeled)
    1 can (14.75 oz) Pink Wild Salmon
    3 tsp fresh Parsley or 1 tsp dried
    1 large egg
    1-1/2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions

Grate potatoes and place in a bowl. Drain Salmon and remove skin and any bones and place in bowl with potatoes. Combine Parsley, egg, and mayonnaise into bowl with potatoes and Salmon. Mix together well. Add approximately 1/4 cup of bread crumbs or enough to form patties.

Place approximately 3 tbsp olive oil, or oil of your choice, in a frying pan and heat on medium to medium high. Cook patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until browned.

    Very Good
    These were good. I added some dill and lemon juice, pepperwhen mixing. A little dry, but I browned them longer. Could use a bit more seasoning. The "bad 'rating above was a mistake, sorry. - 3/10/08
