Introduction

Original recipe called for pecans but I had walnuts and thought they were pretty good. I had to adjust my ingredients to make a batter that could be made into balls. Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1 cup walnuts (not sure how many I used but it was around this)
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teasoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons cocoa
    2 teaspoons splenda
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until firm to the touch.
