Introduction

This a recipe that I got from a tv show. It tastes great! There was no portions listed... I measure out a 1/4 cup of the mix per pancake and that made 18. 3 cakes per person = 6 servings. Ingredients

    2 cups of oats (ground)
    1 cup cottage cheese (1%)
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup fat free yogurt - I use sugar free/fat free vanilla
    2 scoops protein powder (flavor of choice)
    1 tbs baking powder
    1 tsp salt

Directions

I used a blender for this one. Measure everything and mix well. Measure out 1/4 cup of the mix per pancake and allow to cook until it gets bubbly - then flip.

I served these with fresh berries.

I broke the recipe down so that it gives the calorie count per pancake - just easier for me to keep track of that way.
