I made this dip but tweaked it a bit. I did not have plain yogurt so I used sour cream and I added a few drops of chipolte sauce. It is good. - 6/29/08

I just didn't like this very much. I thought it was pretty bland. However, it tastes good when you mix it with salsa! - 12/12/07

    FABULOUS!
for CBUFORD-may need to use cuisianart type instead of blender - also add more liquid/yogurt. I added the chile lime mixture from the tortilla chips (made more than required), and added more onion, hot pepper, etc until very spicy.

It needed a little extra spice but it was very good then. I just added extra chili powder. Think next time I will try adding a little salsa. - 12/24/07

I haven't made this yet but think I will not blend and maybe add some salsa so it is more like a chunky dip/side dish. - 5/17/09

I'm going to try and use avocado instead of sour cream and make it vegan! Going to a party today, I'll add cumin, skip the thyme, and dried coriander to taste - 8/31/08

Haven't tried but sounds good. I'd say if you want it chunkier, reserve some of the beans &/or corn and stir in after blending the rest (or stir in some chopped tomato). I can see where it might need a little cumin for flavor. - 6/24/08

Tried a couple of things to make this better and never got quite there. It was just "okay" and not something the family raved about. But it was a LOT healthier than sour cream onion dip and potato chips which is what I replaced with this recipe! - 2/7/11

The amount of thyme used was way too much; it's all I could taste, even after adding more chili powder. The corn could have been drained, too, because it came out very soupy. Overall, not pleased. - 7/7/09

The thyme overpowered the taste.Added sour cream - wouldn't use yogurt. Very runny. Added some garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne... - 7/3/09
