Ingredients

    2 Cups Bonless Chicken Breast boiled and cubed
    1 Cup chopped pecans
    1 Cup Pineapple Chunks each diced into 8 pieces
    1 Cup Celery diced
    1 Cup Reduced Fat Mayo

Directions

Boil chicken and cube, add pecans, pineapple, celery and mayo. Mixe everything together and refrigerate until ready to eat. I use a romaine leaf instead of bread. This will make 12 1/2 cup servings.
