Ingredients

    7 baby carrot
    1/2 med onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 red pepper
    1 clove of garic
    2 tbsp olive oil
    ground ginger
    shitake mushroom and seaseme vinagrette
    1 breast of chicken

Directions

cut chicken into bite size pieces, put in small bowl with vinagrette & ground ginger
in a large skillet/wok,
heat olive oil, add chopped garlic cook for 2 min med heat. add chopped onion, cook for 2 min, add the rest of vegtables and saute' until veggies are almost cooked Add chicken with the vinagrette and saute with veggies until done. add salt as desired
Serve with brown rice,
