Introduction

These are my new favorite "chips" - forget about potatoes! These are my new favorite "chips" - forget about potatoes!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups kale ripped into large pieces, stems and cores removed (about 10 leaves)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Slice the tough core out of approx 10 kale leaves and rip into large pieces until you have about 2 cups.

Toss with olive oil & pepper and transfer to a large baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle top with sea salt.

Bake for 20 minutes. Kale will shrivel up into crispy chips - crunchy, salty, delicious and FULL of vitamins & minerals!

Makes 1 serving.
