Introduction

This is easy to modify to any type of quiche. Just substitute about 2 cups of desired filling for spinach. This is easy to modify to any type of quiche. Just substitute about 2 cups of desired filling for spinach.

Ingredients

    1 frozen pie crust
    3 large eggs
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 package frozen spinach
    2 tsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion (or dried onion)
    1 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (or Just Tomatoes Roasted Garlic powder)
    3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven 350ºF
2. Thaw spinach, and squeeze water out. Follow prep for pie crust if needed.
3. Whisk 3 eggs with milk, onion, and garlic.
4. Alternately layer cheese and spinach in pie shell. Halfway through spinach, drizzle half of the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach. Finish layering and top with remaining egg mixture.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes or until center is set.
