Ingredients

    Egg Noodles, enriched, 3 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped


Directions

Brown ground beef with onions, salt, and pepper. Drain oil from pan. While browning the meat, boil egg noodles as directed on the package and drain water. Combine noodles and meat in a casserole dish with tomato sauce, tomato soup, chopped tomatoes, and green peppers. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly and crisp on top, about 30 minutes.
