This salad has it all taste and it is health. This salad has it all taste and it is health.

Ingredients

    8 oz. chicken breast baked in orange juice with sliced oranges
    1 apple
    1 Orange chopped up (cold)
    1 Orange chopped and cooked in the chicken breast
    8 strawberries sliced
    Lettus
    Tomatoes (10 cherry tomatoes)
    Dressing: Kens Raspberry Vinegarette with walnuts (Low calorie)

Directions

Bake the chicken breast in the squeezed orange juice and add a small orange
Chopped. Mix lettus, tomatoes, strawberries, 1 chopped orange, and 1 chopped apple.
Prepare 2 plates with cold ingredients, and top with chicken breast and warm chopped oranges.
Top with dressing.
