My father made this no-salt soup for my mother since she was unable to eat excess salt. She absolutely loved it. It takes a bit of prep work, but the result is delicious. Ingredients

    5 Medium Potatoes
    5 cups Brown Rice
    5 oz lean Steak
    5 cups Carrots
    5 cups Green Beans
    5 cups Corn
    5 cups Peas
    5 cups Cabbage
    1 Celery Stalk
    5 quarts water

Directions

Chop all ingredients into half-inch chunks. Boil potatoes and rice in water until it turns into a thick broth. Turn down heat and add rest of ingredients. Let cook for 30 minutes. Add spices as desired.
