Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, sliced into halves
    6 low carb whole wheat tortillas
    4 TB BBQ sauce (divided)
    1/2 cup lite sour cream
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, sliced thin
    3-4 thin slices of purple onion
    1/2 cup frozen corn, cooked
    1/4 golden bell bepper, sliced thin

Directions

Slice chicken breast thinly and grill. 5 minutes before removing from heat, baste with 2 TB BBQ sauce on both sides.

While chicken is cooking, mix sour cream and remaining BBQ sauce together in a small bowl.

Slice cooked chicken very thinly.

Open your tortilla, spread lightly with sour cream/BBQ sauce. Place 4-5 pieces of chicken in the middle of your tortilla and top with other ingredients. Fold bottom and top of tortilla in over your filling, then fold over the sides.

    this was quick, easy and i couldn't believe how filling. i had some left over lettuce and tomato so i made a salad and had that as well. next time i want to marinate the chicken in the bbq then cook - 1/7/08
