Directions

Brown meat, add grated veggies & saute for 5 minutes. Steam Cauliflower, then put in food processor with butter & cheese, & milk. Put meat in dish, top with cauliflower "potatoe" mix. bake at 375 for 1 hour if it's cold going into to oven.
