Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large
    ground chicken, 20 oz
    tomato large
    Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup for meatloaf
    green onions, 4 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    pioneer brand brown gravy mix, 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, 3 cup for pudding
    jello pudding chocolate sugar free fat free (big)
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
    Sage, ground, .5 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    long grain rice, 1.5 cup
    kraft 2% milk sharp cheddar, 0.5 cup
    jenny-o turkey bacon, 30 gram(s)
    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    *Cool Whip Free, 12 tbsp
    Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 12 tbsp
    roasting pan
    small pot for rice
    skillet for bacon
    large salad bowl
    medium pot for gravy
    large mixing bowl for meat
    ziploc bag for croutons
    cheese grater for onion
    large bowl for pudding

Directions

*preheat oven to 375 degrees
*scramble egg in large mixing bowl
*mix ground turkey breast and ground chicken in large mixing bowl with egg
*grate onion on cheese grater
*crush croutons in ziploc bag
*add sage,pepper, onion, garlic, croutons into bowl with meat, mix well
*form into loaf and place on roasting pan
*put into preheated oven
* mix chocolate pudding according to package directions and place in fridge
*quarter and core lettuce
*slice lettuce into thin strips add to salad bowl
*dice tomato add to salad bowl
*dice green onion add to salad bowl
*fry bacon, crumble and add to salad bowl
*add cheese to salad bowl, toss and refridgerate
* bring 3 cups of water to boil in small pot
* at 20 minutes into meatloaf cooking time ,add rice to pot, stir, cover and reduce to simmer
*make gravy to package directions 15minutes into rice cooking time
* ensure meat loaf has cooked for at least 45 minutes check internal temp for doneness.
*plating*
* divide salad into 6 equal portions, add 2 tbsp of dressing to each serving
*divide rice into 6 equal portions and top with 1.25 tbsp of gravy
*slice meatloaf into 6 equal portions and top with 1.25 tbsp of gravy
* divide pudding into 6 equal portions and top with 2 tbsp whipped topping
*enjoy
