Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 cup Highwood Crossing Organic Flax Seed Muffin & Pancake Mix

Directions

Serves 4 (2 pancakes each)
Heat griddle to 400. Combine milk egg and oil and add to mix. Stir until smooth. Spoon batter onto lightly oiled griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on top.
