20 g. chopped celery
15 g. chopped carrots
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 c. organic baby greens
1 josephs flax oat whole wheat pita

Directions
mix chicken, carrots, celery, yogurt, dill and salt together, put it pita and stuff 1 c. of greens in each side.
