    Orange Juice, 6 fl oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    10-12 ice-cubes

Directions

Put all in a blender and blend until desired smoothness is reached.
