Introduction

Ingredients

Pork loin
Shrimp
Cabbage
Ginger Root
Soy Sauce
Cooking wine
Carrots
Water Chestnuts
Wonton wrappers
Cup of water
Vegetable/Corn oil
duck sauce
Directions
Grind everything and mix in a bowl. Add the Soy sauce and Cooking wine, or sherry. Mix well!
Heat up oil, your oil is ready when it forms small bubbles around the tip of a wooden spoon.
While the oil is heating up, add 1/3 cup to the corner of your Wonton wrapper and begin rolling, don't forget to fold in your corners. Wet last corner and stick to hold egg roll together.
MY SON LOVES HELPING ME ROLL THE EGG ROLLS, OR MAKE FUN SHAPED WONTONS.
Once the oil is hot put in a few at a time, takes about 5 minutes each set of egg rolls.
When golden brown take out and drain on paper towel.
Makes about 40 egg rolls or 2 packages.
Great mixture to freeze and cook up last minute!
