Ingredients

    1 Tbsp yeast
    1 1/2 cup warm water
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 cups flour (approx)
    1 stick melted butter to cover bottom of jelly roll pan.

Directions

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add salt and flour; mis until not sticky. Add more flour if needed. Cover and rise 30 minutes. Roll out and cut with pizza cutter into long 4 to 5 inch strips. Place strips in bottom of buttered jelly roll pan. Turn strips so each side is covered in butter. Sprinkle with garlic or cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degress approximately 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
