Ingredients

    Italian sausage links
    Spaghetti sauce
    fresh mushrooms
    shredded mozzarella cheese
    heart smart bisquick
    egg whites
    fat free milk

Directions

Serves 4
preheat oven 400 degrees

In a large skillet, cook sausage over med heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.

Pour spahgetti sauce into greased 8" square baking dish. Layers w/mushrooms, green pepper, sausage and 1/2 c cheese.

in small bowl, combine the bisquick mix, eggs milk until blended. Pour on top. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered 25-30 min or until golden brown
