Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb. 85% lean ground beef
.5 lb bacon, optional
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. vinegar
.5 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
.3 c. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 lb can of Kidney beans, Lima beans and Pork and beans
Directions
Oven 350 degrees. Serves 5- 1.5 cup servings.
Brown ground beef and chopped onions and drain.
Brown Bacon and drain. Break into pieces then add to beef and onions along with the ketchup and vinegar. Let simmer.
Grease bowl or crock pot and put 3 cans of beans undrained and add salt, mustard, Brown sugar.
Add meat mixture and stir. Bake for 1.5 hours at 350 in oven or 1.5 hours in crock pot on High temperature.
