Put 3 slices of turkey breast thin cut on the leaf with mustard
Put 2 slices on tomato on it
Add some spinach and 2-3 rings of onion. Onion makes your sandwich tasty. if you don't like onions put either fresh basil, tarragon or oregano on top.
At this point try to bring the sides of the leaf up to cover all ingredients.
Then put the other leaf on top and around the lower leaf and wrap everything. Don't be afraid to squeeze it a little bit so nothing falls out when you hold your sandwich.
