    3/4 c applesauce
    1 c Splenda
    3 eggs
    1 c blackberry jam (seedless) sugar free
    3/4 c 1% milk
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp soda
    1.25 c White all purpose flour
    1.25 c Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp each of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice
    1/2 tsp cloves, ground
    1/2 salt
    1 c raisins
    1/2 c port wine
    *add more flour by TBS if necessary


Cream shortening and sugar together. Add egss and jam. Dissolve soda in milk, sift flour and spice together. Add flour mixture and milk alternating. Fold in raisins and wine. Add more flour to correct consistency. Bake in bunt or loaf pans at 300-325 for about an hour.
