Ingredients

1 loaf Walmart Marketside Everything Italian loaf, cut lengthwise
2 6oz cans Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Great Value grated Parmesean
1.5lbs Ground Chuck (80/20), browned
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese, divided
Italian Seasoning, Oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place both halves of italian loaf lengthwise on a cookie sheet.
Brown ground chuck and drain off excess grease.
In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, tomato paste, parmesean, and .5-1 cup of shredded colby jack.
Add in Italian seasoning and oregano as desired
Divide mix evenly and spread on both cut halves of italian loaf. Top with remainder of cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty.
Makes 8-10 servings.
**can also add veggies or additional meats, on top prior to baking
