Ingredients

    * **FISH (FRESH) - Whiting fillet, 8 oz (remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.33 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 0.5 large (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

marinade fish in lemon juice + garlic + spices + salt for as long as possible. Mix breadcrumbs + garlic powder + chilli powder + coriander powder . Dip fish in egg wash then bread mix then lay in a tray sprayed with PAM. Spray on fish as well. bake at 450 for 15 minutes or till cooked. makes 1 generous serving.
