Introduction

Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot
Blue Cheese Dressing:
1 tbsp non fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
1/4 tsp or splash of Worcestershire
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp blue cheese
Whole Wheat Wrap
Any other veggies you like: lettuce, red peppers, olives, etc.
Directions
Makes 1 serving
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil with non stick spray.
- Pound chicken breast until thin (this helps for a more even cook and shorter cooking time)
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place chicken breast on, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake additional 5-10 minutes or until internal temp is at 165°.
SAUCE:
Combine the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and blue cheese in a small bowl and use a fork to combine.
Let chicken rest for 10 minutes after cooking. After 10 minutes, cut into strips and weigh out 3 ounces (1 serving) and then toss with Franks Red Hot.
Wrap tortilla in paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
Place chicken, any veggies you like, and 2 tbsp of blue cheese sauce on wrap.
