    * Salad, Fresh Express, Sweet Butter, Sweet Blend of Green & Red Butter Lettuce, 5 cup
    * President Fat Free Crumbled Feta, 2 oz
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1.5 oz
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup
    * Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
    * Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    * Surimi, Trans-Ocean, Crab Classic Chunk Style, 1.25 cup
