    1 lb. lamb shoulder steak
    1 1/2 t. cumin, ground
    2 t. paprika
    1/2 t. cloves, ground
    1 bay leaf
    2 T. tomato paste
    32 oz. beef stock
    30 oz chickpeas
    26 oz tomatoes, diced canned
    1/2 c. cilantro, fresh
