    Frozen, shelled edemame, 12 oz bag
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp lemon zest
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1tbsp low cal butter


Put edemame, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Drain. Put edemame back in pan and add lemon juice and zest and butter. Stir.
