Introduction

Ingredients

2 8 oz. cans of croissants
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 Ibs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 a stick of butter, softened
2 10.75 oz. cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of white rice
Directions
Cook chicken until thoroughly cooked and shred as thin as possible.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, and butter and mix together.
Preheat oven to specification on the croissant packaging.
Open croissants one at a time making sure they stay in the refrigerator until ready to use. Unroll individually and place 1 tbsp. in each croissant and roll like normal.
Place all on a large, buttered cookie sheet.
Place in oven for recommended baking time specified on the croissant packaging.
Cook rice to the specifications on the box.
Thin soup with about 1 cup of water and bring to slight boil.
