Introduction

These are easy, quick, sugar-free brownies. They would probably be a bit better with a little bit of baking powder added to the mix, as they come out quite dense. Ingredients

    1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 medium eggs
    1 cup Splenda granular (sucralose artificial sweetener)
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup milk

    * add 1 tsp baking powder for fluffier brownies*

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl
3. Pour brownie mixture into an 8x8 (or loaf style) nonstick pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until they pass the trusty toothpick test.

Makes about 8 servings of moderately "ok" brownies. They are good when you're in a pinch and require something chocolaty!
