Ingredients

    * Cauliflower florets, raw, 480 grams
    * broccoli, 300 grams
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Garlic, 5 cloves
    * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    * Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
    * chicken or beef or veggie stock, 3 cubes
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    * 6 cups of water ( or until cauliflower is covered)
    * 1 tbsp olive oil

    & chives to garnish (optional)

Directions

1- sweat the chopped onion + garlic cloves in the oil
2- add the cauliflower florets + milk + spices + stock cubes
3- mix together then cover with water
4- wait till everything cooks then blend in a processor
5- serve with a sprinkling of sauteed onions, chives or cheese of ur choice (optional)

tip: the calorie intake per serving jumps from 56 to 91 per serving if 1 tsp blue cheese is added to each serving.
