Ingredients

1 medium banana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons margarine
1 teaspoon granulated brown sugar
Dash each ground cinnamon, banana extract and rum extract (or use vanilla extract)
2 scoops (3 ounces each) Chapman's Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Directions
Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise, then cut each piece in half crosswise. Sprinkle banana quarters with lemon juice and set aside.
In small skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add brown sugar, cinnamon and extracts and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts. Remove from heat.
Using a wooden spoon, roll banana pieces in sugar mixture. Place one scoop of frozen dessert in bowl and top each scoop with 2 banana quarters and half of any remaining sugar mixture.
