    3/4 Cup White flour
    3/4 Cup Whole Wheat flour
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
    3 Tablespoons butter, melted
    2 large eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions

Cook on medium to medium hot griddle.
