Ingredients

    White rice (short grain par boiled would work best) - 1 cup

    to make the dosa
    Sesame Oil 1and little more tsp per dosa

Directions

You need to soak the rice at least for 4 hours and then grind to make a paste. When soaking the rice add 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in them so that it is soaked too.

After grinding, keep the batter out overnight (if the batter was made at night) or for about 5/6 hours.

To make dosa, take one ladle of the batter and pour it on a hot tawa. Add 1 tsp of oil. Fry till it is brown change the side and the let the other side fry. Add less than 1 tsp of oil. When both sides are fried to brown color, remove and serve hot with chutney. :)

Serving Size: 1 Cup makes about 4 big size dosas
